1. Service Description

The Platform provides a Knowledge Base as a Service (KBaaS) utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to facilitate information retrieval for the Client's end-users.

2. Data Usage and Privacy

By using the Platform, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Logging: The Platform logs user prompts, LLM outputs, user agents, and country of origin.
  • Anonymity: All logged data is stored anonymously and does not contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
  • Analytics: The Client is granted access to these logs for the purpose of service improvement and user intent analysis.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

The Client and its End-Users shall not use the Platform to:

  • Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or defamatory content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the LLM or the Platform's infrastructure.
  • Input sensitive, classified, or proprietary data that is not intended for public or semi-public knowledge base retrieval.

4. LLM Accuracy and Liability

  • Nature of AI: Responses are generated by LLMs. The Platform does not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI-generated outputs.
  • No Advice: Outputs should not be construed as professional, legal, or medical advice.
  • Limitation of Liability: The Platform Provider is not liable for any damages resulting from inaccuracies in the LLM output or service interruptions.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Platform: All rights to the Platform's software, architecture, and proprietary algorithms remain with the Provider.
  • Content: The Client retains ownership of the specific knowledge base content provided to the Platform.

6. Termination

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if the Client violates these terms or engages in activities that threaten the stability of the infrastructure.

1. Deskripsi Layanan

Platform menyediakan Knowledge Base as a Service (KBaaS) yang menggunakan Large Language Models (LLMs) untuk memfasilitasi pencarian informasi bagi pengguna akhir Klien.

2. Penggunaan Data dan Privasi

Dengan menggunakan Platform, Klien mengakui dan menyetujui bahwa:

  • Pencatatan (Logging): Platform mencatat prompt pengguna, output LLM, user agent, dan negara asal.
  • Anonimitas: Semua data yang dicatat disimpan secara anonim dan tidak mengandung Informasi Identitas Pribadi (PII).
  • Analitik: Klien diberikan akses ke log ini untuk tujuan peningkatan layanan dan analisis intensi pengguna.

3. Kebijakan Penggunaan yang Wajar

Klien dan Pengguna Akhir dilarang menggunakan Platform untuk:

  • Menghasilkan atau mendistribusikan konten yang ilegal, berbahaya, atau memfitnah.
  • Mencoba melakukan reverse-engineering pada LLM atau infrastruktur Platform.
  • Memasukkan data sensitif, rahasia, atau milik pribadi yang tidak dimaksudkan untuk akses publik atau semi-publik.

4. Akurasi LLM dan Tanggung Jawab

  • Sifat AI: Jawaban dihasilkan oleh LLM. Platform tidak menjamin akurasi, kelengkapan, atau keandalan 100% dari output yang dihasilkan AI.
  • Bukan Saran Profesional: Output tidak boleh ditafsirkan sebagai saran profesional, hukum, atau medis.
  • Batasan Tanggung Jawab: Penyedia Platform tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian yang timbul dari ketidakakuratan output LLM atau gangguan layanan.

5. Hak Kekayaan Intelektual

  • Platform: Semua hak atas perangkat lunak, arsitektur, dan algoritma platform tetap menjadi milik Penyedia.
  • Konten: Klien tetap memiliki hak milik atas konten basis pengetahuan spesifik yang diberikan kepada Platform.

6. Pemutusan Layanan

Penyedia berhak menangguhkan atau menghentikan akses jika Klien melanggar ketentuan ini atau terlibat dalam aktivitas yang mengancam stabilitas infrastruktur.
